SuperSite member online services, a service for members to assist in the management of their superannuation account at no charge. SuperSite is provided and operated by Superpartners Pty Ltd, your super fund's administrator. SuperSite provides a member ("you") with the capability to view and change some information relevant to your superannuation account via the World Wide Web. These Terms and Conditions apply to you if you are a user of SuperSite. Please read this carefully. It is a condition of your use of SuperSite that you agree to these conditions. Please check the Conditions of Use regularly, as we or our Agents ("we") might make changes in the future which affect your responsibilities and liabilities.

1. Connecting to Supersite

You are responsible for providing all equipment and software browsers necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide Web, pay any telephone service fees and ISP (Internet Service Provider) fees associated with such access.

2. SuperSite Security

SuperSite provides user identification protocols in conjunction with encryption technology. You are advised that under some circumstances information displayed on browsers may be cached on the Internet and then be visible to other users who later use the same PC. This risk can be minimised by shutting down the internet browser program once you have logged off SuperSite. Some internet browsers save and store a User's PIN. You should be aware that other users on a PC where your PIN is stored may be able to access your account unless you disable this functionality.

3. SuperSite is not responsible for the content of your data transmission 

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur via the Internet within your member account. We exercise no direct supervision of data content transmitted via SuperSite. The responsibility for user access and subsequent transmissions and all possible consequences lie with either you or the sender of the transmission. We are not responsible for any errors submitted by you to or submitted by a third party, either authorised or unauthorised to SuperSite, nor are we responsible for any errors that could or may be contained in any of the information provided within SuperSite. SuperSite will automatically issue a receipt number when data has been successfully transmitted, this reference number is your record of a successful transmission.

4. SuperSite will not be liable to you 

You expressly agree that use of SuperSite is at your sole risk. SuperSite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. At times SuperSite may not reflect the most recent changes to your account. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable to you for any cost, loss or liability arising from our supply or failure to supply or delay in supplying the SuperSite service, including but not limited to content, loss of data, loss of savings or any other direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, whether arising from negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise which is in anyway connected with or arises out of your use of SuperSite.

5. E-Mail announcements 

From time to time you may receive e-mails with messages relating to your superannuation. You should refer to the funds Privacy Statement on the web site and advise us in writing if you do not wish to receive e-mails from us.

6. Withdrawal of SuperSite 

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SuperSite. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue SuperSite at any time.

7. You Must Protect Your Account 

It is important to recognise your responsibility to prevent any unauthorised use or access to your superannuation account. You must promptly examine your written statements from us. If you discover any discrepancies you must contact us immediately. On first use of SuperSite you are required to replace your Personal Identification Number (PIN) we have provided you with a new PIN. It is your responsibility to ensure that your PIN is kept confidential. You must not provide your PIN to another person or store your PIN in a manner that will allow another person to access your account using your PIN. You agree to notify us of any address changes to ensure we maintain correct information for your account.

8. Acceptable uses of SuperSite 

It is your responsibility to use our service in a manner which does not violate any applicable laws or regulations, respects the legal protection of materials accessible via SuperSite which is afforded by copyright, trade marks, licence rights and other laws, and respects the privacy of others.

9. Unacceptable uses of SuperSite

It is not acceptable to use our service for any purpose that violates local, State, Commonwealth or international laws. It is not acceptable when using SuperSite to, amongst other things, use Tax File Numbers inappropriately, or make an unauthorised transmission of confidential information.

10. What we may do to ensure that SuperSite policy is being followed 

We may monitor SuperSite to determine whether these Terms and Conditions are being followed. If we monitor SuperSite we will safeguard your privacy unless to do so would involve us in concealment of a criminal offence or would inhibit the enforcement of this policy.

11. We may terminate your access to SuperSite and/or notify the authorities 

If we believe that your use of SuperSite may break the law or that you have not complied with these Conditions of Use or that users other than yourself have accessed your account using SuperSite we may warn you by e-mail, suspend your access to SuperSite with or without notice, or notify and provide relevant information to the authorities, as appears appropriate in the circumstance.
