What’s my account balance?

For security reasons, we can’t provide this information via email. However, you can check your balance using Member Online .  If you don't have a PIN fill in the request PIN form or contact us on free call 1800 813 327 during business hours and we can tell you over the phone.

Changing address

For security reasons, we can’t provide this information via email. However, you can check your details using Member Online .  If you don't have a PIN fill in the request PIN form or contact us on free call 1800 813 327 during business hours and we can tell you over the phone.

If you would prefer to tell us of your change of address in writing, it must be signed by you and include copies of two of the following for proof of identity:

  • current bills (eg. electricity bill) with current address
  • Birth Certificate (if in the current name of the member)
  • Bank Statement
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Drivers Licence
  • Passport

If you contact us over the phone, our Customer Service Representative will ask specific identification questions to enable them to change your address. The change will be confirmed via email or in writing at your request.

Change of name or incorrect date of birth

To protect your security and confidentiality, we can’t alter names or incorrect birth date details online, as we require your signature to authorise the change.

Please write to us with your request and include certified copies of two of the following for proof of identity (a certified copy is a photocopy of the original document which has been signed by a solicitor, Justice of the Peace or anyone who can witness a Statutory Declaration, verifying that they have sighted the original document):

  • current bill (e.g. electricity bill) with current address
  • Birth Certificate (if in the name of the member)
  • Bank Statement
  • Marriage Certificate
  • Drivers Licence
  • Passport

The change will be confirmed via email or in writing at your request.

Giving us your tax file number (TFN)

For security reasons, we can only accept TFN details via Member Online . Or you can fill in the online form .
