If you have already signed up for online statements and have received an email from us to let you know your statements are ready, login to    now.

• Better for the environment: With your help, HESTA can make a real difference to the environment. The more members we sign up, the more impact we’ll have.
• You won’t miss out on anything: Everything that usually comes in your statement pack will be available online too. You will still be able to access member magazines, annual reports, flyers and forms.

How to receive online statements

You can start receiving your annual statements online from today. It’s quick and easy to do.

1. Login to Member Online. (You need to be a registered online member. To register, pleases call us on 1800 813 327.)
2. Select My Member Details from the dropdown menu in the login box.
3. Click on My Statement from the menu on the left‐hand side of the screen.
4. Select Online and then click Submit.

We will send you an email when your annual statements are ready. Click on the link within the email to view your online statement and related information.

If your email is returned undelivered, we’ll send you a paper statement and ask you to update your email address.

What if I want paper statements again?

You can change your mind at any time. Follow these steps to let us know you want to stop receiving your statements online.

Login to Member Online (You need to be a registered online member. To register, pleases call us on 1800 813 327.)

1. Select My Member Details from the dropdown menu in the login box.
2. Click on My Statement from the menu on the left‐hand side of the page.
3. Select Paper and then click Submit.

You will now receive paper statements again.
