By registering for HESTA’s Online Statement facility, you will help the environment.

HESTA will provide members with an Annual Statement, and a Record of Contributions each year, but now you can see these online rather than receive a paper copy. When you have registered for online reports, HESTA will keep your statements on file, electronically, giving you easy access to your statements.

You won’t miss out on anything

Everything else that usually comes in your statement pack will be available online too, so you won’t miss out on any important information about your super. That includes Member Magazines, Annual Reports and any flyers or forms that may be included.

You can make a big difference

Even if only 20% of HESTA members signed up for electronic statements, that’s 650,000 communication items that don’t have to be printed on paper and placed into envelopes. That's a big reduction in environmental impact.

How do I sign up to receive my statements online?

1. Login to

To login you need your HESTA membership number (it’s written on your member card and on correspondence you receive from HESTA), and a password.  If you don’t have a password you can get one by:

2. Check the box

While in Member Online, within the Member Details area, click on the My statement section. Then mark the box ‘I would like to receive my Statements by Online (via this site) then press submit. Make sure your email address is up to date.

When you have completed these steps, you will be registered to receive your statements online.

What if I change my mind and want to revert back to receiving paper statements?

You can change your mind at any time. Follow these steps to deregister for online statements.

While in Member Online, within the Member Details area, click on the My statement section. Then mark the box ‘I would like to receive my Statements by Paper (mail) then press submit.

When you have completed this, you will be deregistered from HESTA’s online statement service.

Viewing your statement online

When your statement is ready, an email will be sent to you with a link to HESTA’s website. Then just login to Member Online to view your statement and accompanying information.

If your email is returned undelivered, we’ll automatically send a paper statement to you and give you a friendly reminder to update your email address.
