By registering for HESTA’s Online Statement facility, you will save time and are helping the environment.
HESTA must provide members with an Annual Statement and an Annual Report each year but now you can see your HESTA statement online rather than receive a paper copy. HESTA will keep your statements on file electronically. So instead of cluttering up your filing cabinet, you will be able to access up to seven years worth of statements electronically.
You won’t miss out on anything
Everything else that usually comes in your statement pack will be available online too, so you won’t miss out on any important information about your super. That includes Member Magazines, Annual Reports and any flyers or forms that may be included.
You can make a big difference
If only 20% of HESTA members signed up for electronic statements, that’s 440,000 communication items that don’t have to be printed on paper and placed into envelopes. Imagine the trees that could be saved!

How do you sign up to receive your statements online?
1. Login to Member Online
Go to www.hesta.com.au and login to Member Online.
To login you need your HESTA membership number (it’s written on your member card and on correspondence you receive from HESTA), and a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
If you don’t have a PIN you can get one by applying online or free call 1800 813 327 and one will be sent to you.
2. Check the box
While in Member Online, within the Member Details area, click on the button Change Contact Details. Then mark the box ‘I want to receive my statements and other materials from HESTA online rather than on paper’. Make sure your email address is up-to-date.
When you have completed these two steps, you will be registered to receive your statements online.
What if I change my mind and want to revert back to receiving paper statements?
You can change your mind at any time. Follow these steps to un-register for online statements.
1. Login to Member Online
Go to www.hesta.com.au and login to Member Online
2. Un-check the box
While in Member Online, within the Member Details area, click on the button Change Contact Details. Then un-mark the box ‘I want to receive my statements and other materials from HESTA online rather than on paper’.
When you have completed these two steps, you will be de-registered from HESTA’s online statement service.
Viewing your statement online
When your statement is ready, an email will be sent to you with a link to HESTA’s website. You will need to login to Member Online to view your statement, annual report and accompanying information.
If your email is returned undelivered, we’ll automatically send out a paper statement to you and give you a friendly reminder to update your email address.
