Why choose Member Online?

It’s easy to keep your details up-to-date with HESTA just follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to Member Online. (You need to be a registered online member. To register, please call us on 1800 813 327.)
  2. Select My Member Details from the dropdown menu in the login box.
  3. Edit your details
  4. Then click Submit.

Your details are updated immediately.  

What happens if HESTA can't contact you?

You could end up with lost super - You may end up in an eligible rollover fund (ERF).  We may transfer your super account balance to an ERF if:

  • We have two pieces of returned mail from your address, or
  • your account balance is less than $500 and no contributions have been made to your account for more than one year, or
  • less than $800 and no contributions have been made to your account for more than two years.

To prevent this happening, keep your details up to date with HESTA.
