Financial services guide

The purpose of a financial services guide is to provide information about services , how representatives are remunerated, and your rights as a client. It’s designed to assist you in deciding whether to use any services offered. There are two financial services guides for HESTA members: 

  1. Financial Services Guide issued by H.E.S.T. Australia Limited 
  2. The Joint financial services guide issued by H.E.S.T. Australia Limited and Superpartners Pty Ltd.

Joint financial services guide issued jointly by H.E.S.T. Australia Limited and Superpartners Pty Ltd 

Superpartners Pty Ltd is a specialist superannuation administration organisation, engaged by us to provide services including: 

  • operating the National Service Centre 
  • insurance administration 
  • contributions processing 
  • benefit processing 
  • general Fund administration. 

When contacting the National Service Centre on 1800 813 327 factual information about HESTA products and the Fund may be provided to you, together with information about your own account.
