Outstanding Organisation

This award recognises an organisation which has made an outstanding contribution to aged care in Australia, through development or provision of high quality care to the aged.

Who is eligible?

Nominated organisations must currently be working in the aged care sector in Australia. Nominees must inform the relevant organisation that they intend to submit a nomination. Nominees may self-nominate, however self-nominations must be supported by a direct supervisor or colleague.

Nominations must demonstrate the following:

  • evidence of outstanding contribution or achievement in the level of care, that has made a difference to the lives of individuals
  • evidence of the effectiveness and impact of the service provision over time
  • evidence of a partnership with clients or communities.
