Who is eligible?
Nominated organisations must currently be working in the aged care sector in Australia. Nominees may self-nominate, however self-nominations must be supported by a supervisor/manager/CEO/owner/employer.
Nominations must demonstrate all of the following:
- evidence of outstanding contribution or achievement in the level of care, that has made a difference in the lives of ageing Australians
- evidence of a partnership with clients and communities
- evidence of the impact that the outstanding contribution or achievement has had over a period of time
- how the prize money will enhance or assist in further development of the outstanding contribution or achievement.
