Who is eligible?
Nominated teams must currently be working in the aged care sector in Australia. Nominees may self-nominate, however self-nominations must be supported by a supervisor/manager/CEO/owner/employer.
Nominations must demonstrate all of the following:
- the team has developed and/or improved a product, service, process or system
- the innovation addresses an identified health need and enhances health outcomes or improves the lives of ageing Australians
- how the innovation has had a positive impact on patients and the community
- how the prize money will enhance and assist in team development or further development of the product, service, process or system.
