Please note: the investment options outlined below are available only to HESTA Super Income Stream members. HESTA Super Fund members have a different range of investment options to choose from.
Super Income Stream members can choose from ten investment options*. Since its commencement in December 2007, HESTA Super Income Stream (SIS) funds were invested through the Super Members Pooled Superannuation Trust (SMPST). The HESTA SIS investment options reflected portfolios managed by the Trustee of the SMPST, Super Members Investments Ltd.
Commencing December 2010, HESTA SIS investments transition from the SMPST to be managed directly by the HESTA Trustee. HESTA has chosen JP Morgan to act as custodian of the Fund’s investments. As custodian, JP Morgan is responsible for holding HESTA’s SIS assets, as they already do for HESTA’s Industry and Personal Super Plans.
HESTA continues to use the existing investment managers who supported the SMPST to manage HESTA SIS funds. The investment options below, including their strategic asset allocation targets and ranges at December 2010, are not affected by this change.
