Are you an employee?

If you work for an employer:

1. join online right now or download the HESTA Product Disclosure Statement
2. fill in the Choice of Super Fund form
3. give it to your employer.

Are you self-employed?

If you work for yourself:

1. download the HESTA Personal Super Product Disclosure Statement
2. fill in the application form included
3. mail it to HESTA, PO Box 600, Carlton South VIC 3053.

What about your other super?

Rolling over, or transferring your other super into HESTA, is easy:

1. fill in the Rollover form
2. complete Proof of identity
3. mail it to HESTA, PO Box 600, Carlton South VIC 3053.

Switch to HESTA

You can become a HESTA member even if you already have super accounts with other funds. Simply join HESTA (or HESTA Personal Super if you’re self-employed).

Don’t forget to consider rolling your other super into HESTA. Otherwise, you’ll pay fees on multiple super accounts – and those fees add up over time. Why not keep that money for yourself instead?
