The inaugural awards were presented via broadcast on Thursday, 26 November 2020.

Who can nominate?
Nominated organisations must be currently providing services in aged care, allied health, community services or disability services in Australia. Suitable nominees are those that go above and beyond the everyday demands of their day to day roles.
Nominees can nominate in more than one category.
Nominees may self-nominate, however self-nominations must be supported by a supervisor/manager/CEO/owner/employer.
Every team or organisation nominated will receive a certificate in recognition of their contributions.
