state of the sector reports

HESTA has deep connections to health and community services and those who, like them, make our world better.

Since 2020, HESTA has conducted biennial research into several sectors of health and community services, probing workers’ thoughts on what drives, challenges and fulfils them.

We know that the longer people are gainfully employed, the better their retirement outcomes. Our research aims to help you identify and address challenges your employees are facing, to help improve retention and their preparedness for retirement. HESTA is proud to present the latest findings of the research in our 2025 reports, to help inform how you might approach the unique challenges facing your sector.
