Starting today, your employer’s super contributions will rise to a minimum of 12% of your wage, up from 11.5% last financial year. That could mean thousands more in your account over time.
You can watch your contributions grow in real time in your online account. Just log in and tap the Transactions tab.

As the end of the financial year rolls around, now's a great time to check in on your investments. Log in to your online account to see how your chosen options have been performing to date.
Quick tip: investment returns are shown on a financial year basis, so they’ll reset to $0 on 1 July.
More than 200,000 logins to our members’ online accounts have been recorded since 2 June, as members use the service to manage their super and income streams.
With most of our members using our services as normal, we know some members are experiencing longer than usual wait times for requests.

We’ve added Centrelink schedules to your online services. Just log in to your online account and click on the Payments tab, where you can request your Centrelink schedule — you’ll receive it in your online account inbox within 1-2 business days.
We’re continuing to work through any outstanding member requests and payments as quickly as possible.
If you’re still waiting on a request: please know we’ve put extra resources into responding. We're sorry for any frustration these issues may be causing. We know this is not the experience you expect and deserve from HESTA, and we're doing everything we can to support you.

Your super is still being managed with the same care and dedication as it has always been. Your retirement savings are invested as normal, and regular income stream payments, employer contribution processing, investment switching and other transactions are up and running.
You can do most of the key things through your online account, from checking your balance, investments and contributions to changing your details.
Regular payments are up and running, with hundreds of millions in benefits paid since services resumed, including regular pension payments, rollovers and other critical payments.
While most of our members have been able to do and receive what they need, we're aware some members are having to wait longer than usual to reach us, or for their requests to be processed.
We’re sorry these services are taking longer than expected. Our team is working very hard to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and to support every member who needs help.
