Jacqueline Bennett appointed as HESTA Director

We are thrilled to welcome Jacqueline (Jackie), who joined HESTA’s Trustee Board in January 2023 as an employer-appointed director, representing Early Childhood Australia.

A Kamilaroi/Bigambul woman from St George in Southwest Queensland, Jackie has over 25 years of experience working in early childhood, primary and high school education. She is currently the director of her own business, Connecting 2 Culture, and a director and partner of Connecting the Dots through Culture. These businesses provide support to Early Childhood services, schools, government, and not for profit organisations that would like to improve or build on the services they provide to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families coming into their programs.
