Leading the way in Australian dementia care, 3Bridges Community Limited is recognised for piloting the ‘Meeting Centre Support Program,” a Dutch, evidence-based initiative that provides a person-centred, comprehensive and integrated program to support people with mild to moderate dementia and their family members, enabling them to adjust and to cope with the condition.

The Dutch multi-centre research demonstrated that when compared to regular psychogeriatric day care offered in hospitals or nursing homes, the MCSP had a positive effect on mood, behaviour, self-esteem and delay of admission to residential care.
