Our investment performance FY23-24
Our CEO and CIO, Debby Blakey and Sonya Sawtell-Rickson, share our 2023-24 financial year performance and a market recap.
Rachelle is a 2018 HESTA Australian Nursing & Midwifery Awards Outstanding Graduate finalist, and role model for her fellow graduates working at Victoria's Peninsula Private Hospital.
Rachelle was recognised for demonstrating capabilities beyond that of a graduate, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and standards of care when treating patients and working with team members.
A self-starter, Rachelle's advanced interpersonal skills when communicating with patients meant she could adapt quickly to the patients' changing needs and establish relationships built on trust and integrity.
Radiating a can-do attitude, Rachelle regularly assessed and critiqued her own performance, and demonstrated high levels of commitment to continuing professional development.
It’s this dedication to self-improvement that led Rachelle to volunteer as a mentor to help fellow nursing graduates transition to the workforce. Always a team player, Rachelle has cemented herself as a leader amongst her peers, consistently reaching her professional and personal goals, while always offering support to her fellow team members.
