Helping rebuild resilience in teams under pressure

There's no question that the last two years have been exhausting for you and your people. Through wave after wave of COVID-19 outbreaks, you’ve been working under extraordinarily challenging conditions.

HESTA’s latest State of the Sector workforce reports have shown that work burn-out and fatigue from COVID-19 is significantly impacting staff resilience and long-term workforce retention.

Supporting you to support your people

Our insurer, AIA Australia, is presenting a Workplace Resilience webinar available to all HESTA employers and partners designed to help you support your employees’ mental health and (re)build their resilience - both of which may have been challenged during the pandemic.

Hear from Aaron Williams, CEO of Mindstar, and Rob Prugue, Chair of People Reaching out to People (PROP), followed by a panel discussion with the opportunity to ask questions.

Agenda

  • A snapshot of people’s wellbeing in 2022
  • What is resilience and mental fitness?
  • The four stages of COVID-19
  • Practical wellbeing exercises
  • How to engage with empathy, with work colleagues who may be struggling
  • Live interactive Q&A
