HESTA has today announced that Chief Operating Officer Stephen Reilly has made the decision to leave the Fund in June to pursue external opportunities.
HESTA CEO Debby Blakey thanked Mr Reilly for his leadership and dedication, which have made a significant impact at HESTA.
"Stephen's leadership over the past decade has supported the development of an operating model that has set HESTA up for the years ahead,” Ms Blakey said.
"He has worked tirelessly to help serve our members. The foundations, platforms and capabilities he has helped build have had an immense impact on our organisation and on the experience of our members. He has always provided a long-term vision that supports us in improving services for members into the future.
“We wish him every success in his next opportunity."
Mr Reilly joined the fund in 2015 and in the role has managed a broad portfolio including insurance, investment operations, digital technology, information security and strategy.
Mr Reilly said he was proud of the team's achievements and grateful for his time at the Fund.
"It has been a privilege to serve HESTA and its members over the past decade. I am really proud of what the team has accomplished, building something that I believe genuinely strengthens long-term outcomes for members,” Mr Reilly said.
“I have been fortunate to work alongside so many talented people across the business, and I am grateful to my colleagues for their dedication and commitment. I wish HESTA the very best going forward."
