meet the new HESTA CEO

In my first message to you as HESTA CEO, I want to begin by saying what an honour it is to lead a fund that exists to support those who spend their working lives caring for others.

In the video message below, I share what drew me to HESTA and what you can expect from me as HESTA’s CEO.  

My focus is on working for you, and on helping you achieve the most secure and dignified retirement possible.  

I've spent over 25 years working in superannuation, beginning in the profit-to-member sector in 2000, and I bring that experience and expertise to this role.   

I’m passionate about improving retirement outcomes for women. The super system was designed around full-time, uninterrupted work. This doesn’t reflect the lives of many women with broken work patterns and unpaid caring responsibilities that impact their retirement outcomes. These are the members HESTA advocates for.
