At present, only financial advisers can log in to the platform. Support staff access isn't available just yet, but we’re working on it.

This is because the total number includes both your current clients and those whose third-party authorities have expired. Here's why:

HESTA third-party authorities automatically expire after 18 months. When this happens, these clients no longer appear in your viewable list, even though they're still included in the total count at the top of your dashboard.

We understand this might not be ideal, and we're working on making this clearer in future updates. Remember, to maintain access to your clients' information, it's important to ensure your third-party authorities are kept up to date. 

Need help unlocking your account? We know getting locked out can be frustrating, but we're here to help you get back on track quickly. Our Advice Relationships Team can assist with unlocking your account and getting you back to supporting your clients.
