We value the trust you put in us to manage your retirement savings. So when you need more financial advice than we’re able to provide you, we can refer you to a HESTA partner. We have chosen nine like minded practices from across the Fortnum Private Wealth Services* network to be our comprehensive advice partners.




how does receiving advice through our partner network work?



Your HESTA Superannuation Adviser will explore your advice needs with you.





If you agree you need advice outside  super (e.g. non-super investments, Centrelink, debt management) HESTA will refer you to our partner network. This advice can include your spouse and family if required.



A member of the Fortnum network will contact you to explain how their service works, including the scope and cost of advice, which partner will provide the advice, and confirm you’d like to meet with them.



You’ll have an initial consultation with the advice partner in your state and decide if you need a full financial plan.





If you decide to go ahead, your financial adviser will work with you to create a plan that is tailored to your situation.







who will you hear from if you need full financial advice?

When a need for financial advice is discovered through a chat with a HESTA team member, you’ll first be contacted by one of the team at Lifestyle Financial Services — who are part of the Fortnum Group. They’ll talk through your needs and if you choose to move forward with advice, you’ll either continue the relationship with Lifestyle or they’ll refer you to one of our other advice partners nearer to your home.
